We are intrepid explorers with a range of different skills in the service sector: between us, we have know-how in engineering, nursing, market access, pharmacovigilance, nutrition, consulting, psychology, physiotherapy, medicine, graphics, copywriting and IT.

We offer support, education, communications, consulting and real-world evidence by drawing on our best quality: the curiosity that drives us to generate health experience.

Every year, new people join our group and enrich us with new knowledge and skills.

  • Setting SMART goals

  • Promoting performance management by:

    • respecting all people and acknowledging diversity in all its forms to generate valuable experience
    • making sure every team member understands PHD’s strategy and ethos: this is the only way to drive innovation and culture
    • keeping an open dialogue between managers and their team

  • Developing a performance management tool to evaluate the performance of all PHD staff in terms of actions taken and results achieved, with regular feedback meetings to draw up personal development plans.
