  • Setting SMART goals

  • Promoting performance management by:

    • respecting all people and acknowledging diversity in all its forms to generate valuable experience
    • making sure every team member understands PHD’s strategy and ethos: this is the only way to drive innovation and culture
    • keeping an open dialogue between managers and their team
  • Developing a performance management tool to evaluate the performance of all PHD staff in terms of actions taken and results achieved, with regular feedback meetings to draw up personal development plans.
